Born to serve

In my teens my mother endured the ravages of breast cancer which then spread through her body. At the third diagnosis in a short span of time she decided to find a natural way to get through it as best as possible since the allopathic means were failing her. Luckily she found a wonderful Naturopath who guided her through detoxes,herbs and education and was able to regain her health and vitality.  Experiencing this with her guided me to the desire to help people through simple natural choices and modalities whenever possible.

I was very fortunate to move to Texas and was introduced to the European Massage Therapy Institute run by Rosario Garza and MariPaz Gomez. Their expertise in ChiroMassage was such a gift and has translated to 30 years of assisting my clients into reducing stress and muscle tension.

When I was ready to expand my services I attended The Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. Here I honed my skills in Life Coaching adding another dimension to how I can offer guidance towards improving one's life. 

Just as I was embarking on my Massage career I seriously injured my back and was introduced to these technologies for relief and support. The relief I received was so profound that I incorporated them into my services. This addition enhanced my clients' results exponentially allowing their rapid relief and  longer lasting relief as well. 

Through my experiences with my mom's healing, I realized the importance of healthy lifestyles and choices. Researching nutrition, supplements, clean foods and the positive impact they offer I began adding guidance and effective options for my clients' wellness journey.

We can address the wide variety of things that cause imbalances in our lives through the holistic concept of the Mind, Body, Spirit connection. Over the years of working with my massage clients I realized that I had a deeper intuition to what was happening that was contributing to their pains. My best friend suggested I look into Spiritual Response Therapy as she felt I had an affinity to it. You can read more on my SRT page.
